Operation Requirements and Notices for Rebar Straightening and Cutting Machine

Operation Requirement of 12,14mm Rebar Straightening and Cutting Machine contains pre-installation, installation, test on common machine and test on CNC machine.

Pre-installation:

1. Check whether parts are complete and in the right place or not.
2. Remain some place(one meter) for repair and maintenance if close to wall or other construction.
3. Remain broad area for storing raw material and finished products.
4. Ensure flat concrete foundation (length 11000mm×width 1500mm×thickness 200mm)

Installation:

1. Fix machine’s anchors on the concrete foundation with M12 expansion bolt (machine must be leveled). Fix blanking shelf which shall be in a straight line with feed opening, straightening traction wheel groove centers and cart fixed circular knife. Blanking shelf shall be placed 20mm lower than machine. Connect the power supply.

2. Put the electric control panel in a place 1.5 m away from the machine and with easy operation and no vibration. Insert cable plugs into the socket respectively and connect the power supply with the binding post after checking. (Power supply cable within 30 meters shall not be less than 6mm 2 international copper cables) Test the machine with no load.

Test on common machine with no load:

Connect the power supply and turn on the power supply within the electric control cabinet. In this way, indicator light on the panel glows. Check the voltmeter which shall be 380±10V, and press "forward” after confirmation, and then machine starts. Check the rotation direction of the machine (exchange wires when motor rotates in the opposite direction), press "cut” after confirmation. Check whether the cutters perform well or not. Travel switch shall be easy to pull and with no bluntness.

Test on CNC machine with no load:

1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power supply within the electric control cabinet. Check the voltmeter which shall be 380±10V, and turn on the power supply in the operation panel after confirmation. Check whether all specifications are correct one by one as per the reminder in the operation panel. Press "Operate” after confirmation, and then machine starts. Check the rotation direction of the machine (exchange wires when motor rotates in the opposite direction), press "cut” after confirmation. Check whether the cutters perform well or not.

2. Place the shield well and press "forward” or "operate” after checking. Machine works for minutes, and the drive system shall be stable and with no vibration or abnormal noise. Cart shall move stably and easily. Install the travel switch on the blanking shelf for common machine. Check whether all fasteners are fastened, and test on load after confirmation.

3. Pull out 2 meters wires. Loosen traction wheel, and place the spring bearer plate of the accessory cabinet above the sliding block. Install the preset wires in order of feed port wear-proof casing, forward assembly traction wheel, straightening part, traction assembly traction wheel and circular cutter hole. Adjust curve until rebar gets straightened.

Note:

after adjusting curve, fasten the lock nut, enter the needed quantity and set needed length, and then start working.
