Introduction:

Rebar straightening and cutting machine is designed to straighten and cut the architectural III cold rolling rebar, cold rolling plain round bar and hot rolling coiled round bar. Working principle:

Electromotor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate. Eccentric side moves with contacted plunger back and forth, which enables plunger pump to generate high pressure oil and enter the oil cylinder body. High pressure oil pushes the plunger in the cylinder and drives the cutter forward, and cuts the rebar together with the fixed blade on the bearing.

Application:

Rebar straightening and cutting machine is applied to cut common plain carbon steel, hot rolling round steel, deformed steel bar, flat steel and square steel.
